ACC-SPAN Washington DC: Amidst Cheers and champagne corks, the President today signed the "Healthier Foods act" into law, thus ending the congressional session-which turned out to be in reality only a Community College "Simulation." ACC-SPAN would like to offer a full apology, we got a weird tip and we showed up at the school and saw the pillars and all of the books, and we were almost certain we were in the right place.
